Recipe Tips

This recipe is versatile! Swap the vegetables or seasonings to create a variety of flavors and colors. Broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, beets, turnips and green beans are great options for roasting. Season with herbs like rosemary or parsley, or sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese for a tasty topping!

For crispier vegetables, split the mixture between two baking sheets for roasting.
